World renowned textile designer chairs the Blue Drop Jury
She won a prize at the ‘Textile Competition Kyoto’ exhibition in 1991, received the ‘Design Preiss Schweiz’ and the ‘Nikore Sen-I-Shihun Japan Textile Paper Design Competition’ in Tokyo, in 1993. She was honoured with the ‘Henry van de Velde Award’ twice and picked up the first prize for an interiors textile at Interieur Kortrijk, among others.
Her name is Martine Gyselbrecht. She will chair the [ http://www.moodbrussels.com/bluedrop/?lang= ]Blue Drop Jury that on 6 September will select the strongest products showing at MoOD. Martine Gyselbrecht will be joined by Anja Greger (Product Development Trevira CS), Marie Demaegdt (Textile Creation and Innovation CELC), Marc Geysen (Colour Consultant MoOD) and Niek Deprest, (Trend Coach MoOD).
Together they will select the best products in 10 categories and bestow an award in each. The exclusive selection will be exhibited in fitting style in the Blue Drop BUB at MoOD. No visitor should miss this holiest of holy sanctuaries!
