Blue Drop 2009 Award spotted in Israel
The Israeli company Nachik picked up the ‘Blue Drop Innovation Award’ at MoOD in September 2009. The proud winner will now be seeing many different versions of its product 'Mirror' appearing on the market.
Baroque, classic or modern, each Mirror fabric has a spectacular secret up its sleeve: while it looks like a glossy imitation leather, the appearance changes when it is stretched, either changing its colour or transforming into a vintage leather look. Mirror is enjoying fantastic success on the contract market.
The zany look of this product attracted a lot of attention at MoOD from interior designers specialising in hotels and clubs. The company instantly took up the challenge and developed a hip website that sets the right tone and targets its audience with panache. Nachik has since designed a hiphop and vintage version of Mirror. Check out the video clip on their site and enjoy their creative use of the Blue Drop Award sign.
The company has announced that it will be submitting another strong entry for the 2010 edition of the Blue Drop Awards.
